Family Dollar is a great little store to shop at. Very fair prices. The staff is very helpful and very nice!! They really have some cool stuff to look at or buy. I would recommend anyone to go to this store and shop. 5 star service all the way!!
Every time I go to family dollar they are rude. Always think it's time for a cigarette. Like your here to be friendly and serve the employees. I even called up there to ask a question. Very rude. You are loosing a lot of business with the lady who us in charge of the store and your employees. I am sorry but I will not be back unless all new staff.
Every price of clothing had a security tag punched thru the entire piece of clothing..which means any cloths you buy has holes in it...dumb unless you want hokes on your new cloths. Girl working today 9.10.17 very crabby and you can see she doesn't like her job, she was very crabby at my son who asked a question. Won't be back there!
Convenient store but consistently rude employees. The last straw was tonight when I sent my daughter (15 year old) in to get a Twix and some Sour Patch Kids. She paid in dimes (all she had). The employees remarked that they don't have to accept purchases made with change but they will this time. The total was $2.08. She and her friend were ridiculed about it. I know that there was only 8 min. until closing but I would hope it wouldn't take them that long to count out something my 7 year old would have no problem figuring out.
One of the rudest staffs I have ever encountered. Snippy and no help to any of the customers, no matter who it is when I go in. Will not go back, like they care. They don't give a flying f*** about anyone who's there any who's not. Definitely need an entirely new staff. Or just to be shut down entirely. Dollar tree is better anyways.
Employees at this store can't read coupons either. Heaven forbid you ask for assistance. I get this is a "dollar-type" store but I get better customer at service at Walmart.
