I tried to let them know that the manual car wash was not working. I called the Isanti # and the guy was clueless to what I was talking about. No apology, he didn't ask if I needed a refund. He said he was confused and I should talk slower (I'm not a fast talker), how rude. Apparently he's running too many buildings/facilities to have any people skills. I have used this car wash since before this owner (YEARS)...
Slowly they have been replacing broken equipment and everything is in working order.
I wouldn't even give this car wash one star if I had the option to do so....did the touch less car wash and it washed half my car...the drivers side only...and the passenger side looked barely touched. ..tried to walk inside the building to let them know and the Doors were locked but could hear someone inside....tried to call and no one answered ...how rude...wI'll never be coming back
