Management is terrible, with very poor communication and a horrible attitude, without the ability to accomplish basic customer service.

Prices are exorbitantly high, and "added fees" are the norm. Not only is a deposit required, you are charged a fee for: the site upon arrival; each person staying; visitors (even if only for a couple hours); and each vehicle on site.

This is the worst experience I have had at any camping facility, although it seemed to be kept fairly clean.

I have come here for years. I have never had the owner be rude or any of the store employees, its a shame that people are reviewing it that way. This is a very safe, family friendly camp ground. They do offer tubing, and sometimes there is a wait to get on the bus, it just depends on what time you go and if its a weekend it can get busy. They keep the campsites clean and the store stocked. The bathrooms are usually pretty clean and they have fairly nice showers and a pool. I highly recommend this place! We love it!

Their website clearly indicates that "pets are welcome" yet, when I arrived, they told me that I could not have my two (very small and very well behaved) dogs there with me, since we were visiting our family that was staying there. I was told that I was being extremely rude and presumptuous by "assuming" that my pets would be allowed in someone else's home, without asking (even though the website clearly indicates that pets are allowed, and does not have any conditions other than "pet etiquette" be followed while pets are on site). The story is different, however, if you are renting a campsite, as many dogs were observed on site during our visit. The campsite itself is very crowded, the facility is not well marked, and the road leading into the facility is in desperate need of repair. The bathrooms are abhorrent, are small, and rarely replenished with basic necessities (toilet paper, soap, etc) and had not been stocked for over 36 hours (as indicated by our family who were staying), despite management being notified of the problem.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Best campground we've ever been to. The owners and the staff are very attentive and helpful. Big campsites with water and electric hook-up at each one. Tubing kayaking pool splash pad horseshoes basketball arcade games showers good bathroom facilities and the campers are very respectful of the grounds and each other.

Got here at 12:30 pm and it is currently 3pm and I'm still waiting for a bus. They quoted us 1 hour to get on a bus. The ticket booth told us to get on one bus, got kicked off. Told us to get on the next bus, got kicked off of that one. Highly do not recommend if you are looking for convenient and fast for a fun time on the river.

Great place to camp with friends and family. Pricing was very reasonable for a well maintained camp ground. Large campsites for tents close to river. Very clean pool and splash pads for kids to play in. Would definitely come back!
